applying for residency permit in UK
« on: July 04, 2005, 01:32:44 PM »
Hi Guys

I'm currently living here in the UK with my (british) husband. I'm over here on a work permit but I'm keen to have it transferred to a spousal permit so I will not be tied down to my job. How do I do this? All the spousal visa application forms I've seen are specific to people who do not already live in the UK.

Thanks!

In the situation you've described, you would use the FLR(M) form, and you can keep your same clock.  There's lots and lots of people here with FLR(M) experience, so you're good if you've got further questions...
