Those Annoying differences in culture....

Can we take a "light hearted" look at those little differences that make things so interesting being married to a Brit/Yank or should that be Yank/Brit.
1.Not our Fault you are used to driving on the wrong side of the road.
2.Think about the use of the word Fanny can get you in trouble big time what everway you may use it.
Stuff like that but please keep it light hearted the Royal Navy is over stretched enough without needing to send a Carrier (a very small one I know) up the Hudson to restore order........

You know I just wanted to get a quick glimpse in this morning ... no postings or anything and then I see this. More misguided rantings from an island boy <sigh>

You know, you would at least think that as a token of gratitude you could flip the highway system back to where it should be ...I mean after all if it weren't for the Yanks .. all your street signs and everything else for that matter, WOULD BE IN GERMAN RIGHT NOW  
As for Fanny ... I refuse to comment ... I learned that one the hard way.
As for the Royal Navy trying to sneak up the Hudson, may I remind you, you tried that once ... ONCE ! [smiley=evil.gif] You should just be grateful,that Washington and Hamilton let your army/navy leave without deciding to chase them down ... of course, could you imagine the vast improvement of your television programming if they had ?[smiley=sunny.gif]

so?  Pizza Hut give you silverware, so I guess that means its ok.

However,  if they gave plastic knives and forks, we could throw them away  and that would save cleaning them too.
