My Introduction

Hello kittens.

I'm Sara. I live in Michigan.
My boyfriend's name is David, and he lives in Ely, Cmabridgeshire.
We met at a bar over a year ago while he was here in Ann Arbor on business.
We were together 2 months before he flew far far away.
We're going strong, very much in love, and talking about moving me to England.
We should know very soon! Yikes!
I've been to the UK 4 times to visit him.
When I'm not in England I work 60 hours a week at 2 jobs, at the University of Michigan and Barnes & Noble.
I am a poet (published, even!), painter, pianist, and general crazy-woman.

We know it's a bit late but...Welcome to the boards!!

Good Lords, that post was over a year ago, it doesn't even apply anymore. No longer living in Michigan, we stopped "talking" about moving me to England and did it, went through an Immigration nightmare, got engaged, got a fiancee visa, got married and we live in Essex (soon to be Suffolk though), I work in England, have been here a year... but everything else is the same. Quite a blast from the recent past there... tee hee!

Er.....can I ask you why you posted this response to an intro that was over a year old?  lol  Also, don't you think that it's so out of date to be completely pointless?  or was that purpose?  Just wondering what the reasoning is that's all, if you would care to enlighten us to why.

I think you misunderstood, I didn't say I minded.  And even if I did, it wouldn't matter.  As I said and I reiterate, I was curious to why you would bother with a post that was well over a year old.
