Abdominal migraines

Anyone ever heard of/dealt with this?  After three years of weekly tummy aches, my 13 year old has been diagnosed with abdominal migraine, which the consultant also feels will turn into headache type migraines.  I get migraines, but I know what triggers them, they're pretty infrequent and can be combatted with paracetamol and some sleep.  Has anyone ever dealt with frequent migraines.  We're going to go the paracetamol path at first, since we've never really done that consistantly, if that doesn't work she'll have a daily tablet.  Anything I should know about these?  Any advise or experience or reccomendations?

I have never even heard of that Mindy. I did a google search and now understand what it is. Poor girl.
Hugs to her.

Thanks. :)  I feel better now that I know what it is and know how to combat it.  Hopefully, things will get better for her.  Poor little thing.
