Does anyone live in Maidenhead or Bracknell?

My husband and I currently live in London.  We have put our flat on the market and are looking for homes in Maidenhead and Bracknell.  Any information anyone has about either of those towns or other nearby towns would be much appreciated.  We need to be in a town with a trainline as my husband will continue to commute to London.

hey expat, how are ya.  I live somewhat near there, and did look at homes in Bracknell when we came out here.  It is very nice, but I guess I am partial to the Surrey area....I am in Compton, and there is a train about 10min. walk in Farncombe to London...very leafy and countryish here.  Godalming is also very nice, but prices can be a bit high,  There are train lines running all around here, Witley, Milford, Puttenham, Normandy, are just a few of the towns...message me if you want more info....maureen aka jammie
