...cornflour instead of matzo meal to keep my latkes from falling apart?  What about Bisquick?   :o

I got a couple boxes of Aunt Jemima's corn bread mix at Selfridges yesterday.  Do you think that might work?  I can bring it for you next weekend if you want.  Let me know!

My mom has sent me some Jiffy corn bread mix (bless her heart!).  But someone told me that I can find matzo right at Sainsbury's, so I'm going to have a look today.  If not, I'm going to try the Bisquick... ::)

Yep!!!  I've seen it!! ;)

If it's not at sainsbury's 0r Tesco's try looking at Asda, which is starting to import cheap US items from it's Walmart big brother.
