Geography quiz

Here is a Geography quiz. It was hard and I only got 7 out of 15 correct :-[

Yay - I got 12 out of 15... although I have to admit that I knew the answers to some questions because they were related to locations I studied for my masters degree research and the PhD research presentation I gave two weeks ago :P!

12/15 here, but I must confess that a few correct answers were just lucky guesses.

Goodness Paul, I'll bet you didn't even have to guess on too many of them ;). I guessed on almost all of them and only got 7/15 :o.

I got 11. I did know a few and the rest were educated or lucky guesses.

My lucky guesses were on a few of the South American, African, and far eastern questions.   I've never even heard of some of those cities.   ???     By comparison, some of the other questions seemed very easy: Columbia River, Oslo, languages in Switzerland, Barrier Reef, etc.

Although anyone who was living in Britain in 1982 should be able to answer the question about the Falkland Islands!   ;)

I scored 10/15.  Should have done better.  But some I guessed on I was shocked I got right.  lol
