Where the hell did this one come from?
I'm totally craving a deviled ham sandwich.  I've not had one in like 25 years, but now I want one!?!?!?
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

I don't think I know what that is... can you explain "deviled ham"?  Maybe I want one, too.  Or maybe I don't.

We used to get it in a tin - It was basically chopped up smoked ham, sugar, mustard, cayenne pepper, tumeric  - we'd get it and mix it with mayonnaise and spread on crackers

I've found a copycat recipe, it seems easy enough to try - smoked gammon would probably be just fine-

Hmm... the flavours that go into it sound like they'd work.  But it's blended smooth in that recipe, and that sounds gloopy.  I'm uncertain.  You go first!

That sounds like a straight up rip off of deviled eggs. I'd eat it though.

Look what I found in the candy section of my Tesco Express :

Not the expensive American section, this was just a normal candy display.  I love Butterfinger candy bars and will be chuffed to bits if these taste the same or Butterfinger goes mainstream like the Reeses cup.
I haven't tried these yet, going to give them to the kids for Valentines day.

Look what they are selling in the American section of Tesco :

Kids love these, especially British kids who have never seen popcorn actually pop.
Last time I went home I brought some of these back and made them with my kids.  I didn't open it right, so that there was a failure of the tin foil containment shield and popcorn started going everywhere.  Did you know that popcorn will burn when it gets near the open flame of a gas hob?  We had a proper massive fire and the kids were a bit spooked.  So I bought some more..

Your kids are going to need years of therapy.  But seriously, you sound like a super fun dad.  Which means they think you are lame.  ;)

Ooh Jiffypop -  We never got this in real life as a kid as we used a Tupperware microwave popper.  But, when we went camping, oh the joys!

Let us know how the Butterfingers taste. I do enjoy one  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

Color me old.  Once upon a time they had jiffypop that came in colors. But you didn't know what color the popcorn would be until it was popped!  :D

My folks only bought it once or twice, for a special occasion. Otherwise it was three tablespoons of oil in a big pot, and corn kernels.....

I went to McDonald's for lunch today.   ;D

I have to go alone as my husband can't really eat anything there and he gets all depressed.

I was amazed at how incredibly long the line was!  Shockingly long.
