proper Maryland sweet corn (preferrably white) and beefsteak tomatoes
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Currently: Carne asada chips or fries(or ANY Mexican food that comes from San Diego, CA, for that matter! :D); alcohol;funnel cake; lumpia, pancit(or ANY Filipino food! :D). Not having ethnically diverse food ready to hand is definitely one of the downsides to this country!

I've started to make really small soft tacos, and I can't stop thinking about them because we're having them for dinner tonight.

It's a small homemade flour tortilla, a white bean frijole-mole (:P like white beans lightly fried with olive oil, jalapenos, cumin, garlic, coriander, lime and then made into a guac style paste),grilled onions for texture, guac, salsa, slow cooker pulled pork (or chicken or whatever), squeeze fresh lime and topped with smoked cheddar.
Fresh coriander in everything :D

They're so good, I should open a taco stand!
