I love loads of spiciness as well so that would do it for me :) Spicy chicken and waffles sound like the dream! haha

My friend made me chicken and waffles last time I went home to visit (we aren't from the south or anything haha) and he made AMAZING collard greens with it with like pancetta and garlic or something in it! I had never had greens before and was always weary about trying it because I thought it'd be gross but I didn't want to be rude so I tried it...Now I wish he could just fly over here and be my personal chef (he is an actual chef) but I would never even attempt to make it myself as I wouldn't want to taint my experience of the delicious ones.

haha don't rub it in!!
Greens are actually pretty easy, but I think you'd need fattier cuts of cured meat than we usually get here. I used to do kale in a similar way, garlic and bacon lardons. Just don't over cook it and it's amazing!

I don't even want to risk it. I cherish the thought of the delicious bit of greens he made me that I don't want to put myself off it forever haha

now I'm wanting a birthday cake Blizzard......or even a "Fribble" (I think it's called) which was the Friendly's version. Friendly's is dirty as hell from what I've seen but they *did* put frosting in their version haha

Heath Bar Blizzard for me please.

I grew up with a Dq two miles away. My parents always let me walk with other kids in the summer. I would kill for anything DQ, Heath happens to me my favourite though.

Last summer my husband played an awful trick on me and convinced me there was a DQ just built in town. One of the few times he got the look of death from me when I found out he was lying

I wish I could buy a potato knish here in Scotland. Even the Jewish deli's in Edinburgh & Glasgow don't sell them.

It's a mash of potato, onion and herbs in a coating and served warm. Surely it's not just a New York delicacy!

While I was in North Carolina,  I had the best beef mince tacos. Ok my lovely Latinas... help me out with how the beef mince is made.

There was no visible seasoning on the mince. It was lovely but I couldn't discern any particular flavour like cumin. It just tasted like a good seasoned beef.

Any ideas?

California resident here so I’ve had my fair share of great tasting tacos. Definitely some ground cumin in there, chipotle, adobo, yellow onions, garlic, and salt. Like my Mexican friend cooks.
