My current healthy obsession is greens. I have been buying them for the past few months since I read an article in the NY Times about superfoods. I usually make them once a week and they usually are very good. Today for lunch I'm having leftover swiss chard and kidney beans, yum!
My unhealthy obsession right now is probably those Tostitos with a hint of lime. I bought a bag and ate them in like 2 days. So I'm forbidding myself from buying them any more.
