PAID FILM WORK OPPORTUNITY FOR REAL AMERICANS ON MADONNA'S NEW FILM W.E.
The Casting Network is currently seeking real Americans/Canadians for a day's paid work on a new feature film W.E. being directed by Madonna, shooting in London throughout July and August. The film is the story of Edward VIII and Wallis Simpson running parallel with a more contemporary story set in 1998.
We are looking for real American / Canadian men and women who look 25-50 years old and who are available on THURSDAY 26th AUGUST for filming in Central London - and for a costume fitting at a London based costumiers for 1-2 hours (post 3rd August - date to be confirmed).
The scene being filmed depicts a glamourous awards dinner at the famous Ciprianis restaurant in New York attended by good-looking guests from the monied east-side of New York dressed in evening wear and black tie.
Payment for a filming day is £110 for up to 13 hours from call time.
Overtime at £8.46 ph is payable thereafter
Payment for a costume fitting is £30 and if a gentlemen requires a haircut or trim, an additional £7.50 is payable
Class One NI is deducted if you earn over the threshold but this is unlikely
20% agency commission is deducted from all gross earnings
It takes around 8–weeks from the date of filming to receive your cheque through the post to the address you give to us
You must be able to provide us with a copy of the photopage of your valid passport to prove your entitlement to work in the UK (Employment law, not us being pedantic)
All meals and drinks are provided free of charge during the filming day.
