The plan is for haggis, poached eggs, clapshot homefries, and something green -rocket or peas or cabbage or something.  Just need to face tesco though on the way to confirm.

Happy St. Andrew's Day!  :)

Leftovers for us tonight...choice between sausage meatballs and spaghetti or chicken curry and rice.

Happy St Andrew's Day!

We're having shepherd's pie - leftover mash from Thanksgiving!  :)

I haven't eaten much in the past ten days so I am telling my stomach that it needs to decide between curry and chinese takeaway.  No if's, ands or buts, stomach you will eat one or the other.  ;)

Potato soup, bread, and salad. Lots of salad. I need it!
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Which Chinese place do you get takeaway from?  I've been here over three years and haven't had Chinese yet as I'm scared!  Had a scary experience with Chinese takeaway in Ireland (day-glo orange duck sauce and everything just looked and tasted wrong).

Last night we had an Italian-style squash and veggie with red lentils soup / stew concoction I made up.  Tonight's pizza night with steamed broccoli.

I wussed out and just had saltines.  My stomach has a stronger will than my brain on occasion.  :-\\\\
