So today I've seen a few people posting into "Albums" but I only see something in the first post and then a bunch of replies which have (no item to show). When I click on the first post, I get an error message, no pictures.

Is this a new UKY feature? Is my browser not displaying properly or are others experiencing this? (I'm using Firefox).

I believe the posts are coming up blank for you because the photos haven't been approved into the album yet. I've just approved the Scotland album set up by Alan B. Hopefully you should now see the photos in the thread.

I've modified settings so that it shouldn't require approval, but it would be great if someone would test this.
