Hi there Kath, this is a bit of a late welcome, please forgive that. (I have periods where I put my time into the site and not as much time chatting.)

Nice website you have there. How long have you been in the UK? :)

Thanks for the warm welcome LEAH.
I have always lived in the UK. The main reason for me reading and posting is so I can learn from all of the brave people who move over here. Everyone has experiences of moving and if i can learn it may help someone in the future. I will also try to post answers to queries as much as possible. At present like yourself i am soooooo busy with business. Houses to see - clients to help - it's what i live for. The last client i have just helped i found their home in two days and they are in love with the house. I love my job. I have a warm fuzzy feeling when I find someone the house of their dreams. :D

Hiya Kath,

Welcome to UKY!  What a great business idea!  I'll bet you're doing very well.  Best of luck to you!

Life should NOT be a journey to the
grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well
preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand,
wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and
screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"
