Dog Sitting Services - Recommendation Request

Hi Y'all!

My fiance and I are looking for a petsitting service to care for our dog, Odin, when we are out of town in the states for several weeks, in addition to out of country on business trips as they arise.

Does anyone have any experience with "Animal Angels" or anyone else? I've seen a few others...BarkingmadUK..etc...etc.

We are going to make a trip to the vet to see if they have a list of local sitters as well. Thanks, guys!

Animal Angels and Animal Aunts are a bit difficult to work with - they have a lot of stipulations and admin that really turned me off.   I'd suggest taking a look at NARPS and finding someone in your area.

We found two pet sitters in our area through word of mouth at the dog park. One of them got rave reviews from all the owners but was already booked for the dates we wanted, and she recommended the other as a backup (who watched our dog for a long weekend and was fabulous).
