Any updates from recent applicants?

Just curious if anyone who had sent their supporting documents to Sheffield in the past couple of weeks had heard anything about their application yet. I was hoping to hear back quickly since processing times recently have been quite fast. Mine arrived in 2/11 and I got the email confirmation on 2/12- but nothing since.

We paid for Priority, and we got the "Received" email on the 13th. We've heard nothing since

Mine arrived in Sheffield on the 12th Feb and no word either apart from the "documents received" email. The suspense is awful and I wish I had paid the extra for priority processing now!

It seems strange that a week could make such a difference in the processing times.  Good luck to you guys. I know the suspense must be killing you. I really feel for you.

Not really recent but I sent mine in on 20 January, received acknowledgment letter in the mail on the 23 January. Finally today, (21 February) I received my biometric enrollment letter and request for more documents.

I submitted ours on the 14th of Feb, it was received on the 17th and I got the email from UKBA on the 18th but nothing since and we paid for priority.

However, the UKBA website has just had a major redo, not sure if this relates but if their computer system was being upgraded or staff training???

 its frustrating to say the least.

My wife received the "a decision has been made" email not 40 minutes ago.  Nervous.

Did you do priority?

Received "decision made" email. The longest wait begins now. Hopefully you won't have to wait much longer Sputinka.

That's great things seem to be moving again at last. I'm sitting tight and hoping it won't be too long for me.

Well...tier 2 renewal for a main applicant and 3 dependents sent to Durham on the 17th of Feb via post (unable to use online or priority service for this application  ).  Main applicant app fee taken out of account on 19th of Feb.  We then receive on 22nd of Feb...the "we have received your applications and they have been forwarded onto a caseworker unit...do not contact us...we will contact you."  HAHAHA.  So we...wait.  Original visa took 2 days in the U.S...bummer it seems to take a wee bit longer in the U.K...oh well.

I sent mine on the 16th priority, I got the email on the 18th that they have it and are processing it and so far nothing yet so I'm 8 business days out and nothing yet!
