Thank you all for your advice. We checked our spam folders no email there. I guess we just have to wait and see. We contacted through their online help page as well but they could not give any information as well. I think next thing we can do is to give them a call.

I know this isn't the same kind of visa but when we applied for my visitor visa I got no email informing me of a decision. It just sort of showed up which was a great surprise since I got one but still stank cause it wasn't in time to rearrange my already booked plane tickets.

You may want to try posting a new thread so one of the veterans of the process can assist you. It might be getting lost in this topic.

Hi all. Just want to give many thanks to all of you who helped me with my settlement application. You have my deepest gratitude.

We're a same-sex couple. Due to the forms not being updated, I had to apply for Civil Partnership Visa even though we had an actual marriage than a civil partnership ceremony. Today I finally received my passport back with the visa attached. It took 16 business days in total from the time they opened my packet to the time they made a decision. So relieved and overjoyed.

Thank you guys again from the bottom of my heart.

Got our email confirmation that they'd received our package on 3rd March for my wife and step son. Got an email confirming they'd made a decision 7 days later (yesterday) on 10th March, according to UPS my wife should have it by tomorrow, luckily she has the day off!

EEEKK! Just sent our package out via UPS, it was a bit stressful as I got the center 15 mins before they closed and I was doing everything in a panic! We sort disorganized things as we thought we were missing something. In the end everything was sent in. Now I join the waiting team!!! (yay-not.)

Haha I feel you. I was the same although I had all the time in the world but somehow, when submitting my application, I feel pressured and rushed. When I got to the shipping center, I was there for 2 hrs sorting out, figuring out if I have everything I needed and nothing missing. I was a mess.

Lol, Jay that really made me laugh! I'm hoping that although it's all out of place they will see everything. I wanted to leave work earlier but it didn't happen!!!! Ugh! I'm hoping everything is fine!!! Will keep everyone posted!!
