Any updates from recent applicants?

Sent mine in Dec 1st , received acknowledgement Dec 9th....upgraded to priority and emailed them Jan 6.  No word yet 

Sent 10th December, not priority. Still waiting.

They did request further documents a week ago with a deadline of yesterday. They were emailed the same day. On tenta hooks. Apparently everything is with a decision maker now.

Sent my on the 7 of December 2015. Got passport with visa yesterday.  Non priority.

Those 3 days before Xmas must've made all the difference

Mine took less than 24 hours once they had received it. I was worried at first - but was reassured fast turnarounds are usually a good sign! If it was a refusal, they would need to take more time on it, so don't worry, it's a good sign!
