I have been trying to contact a moderator for several moths but unable to send any messages through the service. I would be grateful if I could contact a moderator or have one pm me, please?

You need to have made a certain number of posts in the forum in order to be able to send messages to anyone.

Hopefully though, now that you have posted asking for moderator help in the forum, one of the moderators will see this post and help you.
