My wife is struggling to get an electronic waybill printed off so we are just going to include the return packaging and our UPS account number.

This is such a confusing process that should be extremely easy  >:(

Did you have any luck with this?  I saw that lyonaria did the same thing and had everything returned OK.  I ended up doing the same thing because, as someone else said, the UPS Store Staff were useless.  They even called the UPS Helpline and they told him that they cannot create prepaid returns for international destinations... Anyway, my application is off to Sheffield, will update with shipping information when it comes through.

Yes, that's true. It is not possible to pre-pay for the return if it is international.

What you should do is set up an online UPS account, enter your billing information into your account details and then either set up a waybill online or simply include your online account number with the application.

The return shipping amount will then be charged to your UPS account when Sheffield mail the visa and documents back to you.

Through VFS Global (also where you would pay for Priority visa service) you can, as of last week, purchase courier service. Options are one way or round trip. I only purchased the return label through them and included it in the my package that I sent from my local UPS store. Simple. The return label was $134, however, and my one way label to Sheffield through the UPS store was only $83.
This may help all of those who are having trouble making UPS acct.
