I have a question about the following two questions:
1.3 When did you first meet your sponsor in person?
1.5 When did your relationship begin?

My fiancé and I originally met in 1995 when we both worked at Disneyland Paris. However, we lost contact and didn't reconnect until 2008. We dated for about a year, during that time I got pregnant, and had twins, but then it was too difficult long distance, he was going through a horrific custody battle for his son, etc. We decided to remain friends and more or less co-parented (I say "less" because there wasn't a lot he could help with from the UK!) until 2013 when we decided to give it a go again, and we are getting married next month.

So I assume the answer for 1.3 is:
1.3 When did you first meet your sponsor in person? 1995

But for 1.5 what do I put? I mean technically our relationship began in 1995, but that's going to be hard to explain...so do I put 2008 or 2013? I have history (emails, IM, etc) back to 2008, but a LOT more since 2013.

Put what you are comfortable putting.  There is no right or wrong answer.  I don't think i would put 2013 though if your kids were born before that.   ;)

I agree with KFdancer and would add that it might be wise to remember what you put for this application so you can write the same thing on your future applications. Not a big issue, but good to be consistent.
