Quick FLR(M) Question - Financial Requirement
« on: November 20, 2014, 04:12:33 PM »
Hi,

If I came to the UK on a spousal visa after july 9, 2012, and will apply for my 2nd 2.5 year extension (i.e. FLR(M)) the only financial requirment I need to show is that either myself or my spouse (can be individual or combined) earn at least £18,600 annually correct?

If I use only my UKC for the £18,600, my spouse just needs to give 6 months pay slips, P60?  Any need for 6 months bank statements and if so does their need to be a minimum balance in there?

thanks!

Yup, either/ both can meet the requirement for the renewal. You do need the bank statements to match up with the pay slips. No need for a specific minimum balance...
