UPS Delivery - Signature Required?

I received my decision made email this morning, and the email stated that a signature would be required for delivery.  I created the shipment and don't remember clicking on that, and I called UPS and they said they don't see anything noting a signature required.  Is that just part of the form email that the visa office sends or can anyone tell me their experience?

I believe that the UKVI office adds that stipulation when they return the package due too the nature of the contents.  I had to provide a signature for my shipment from FedEx so perhaps UPS is similar.
