Urgent question re bank statements
« on: January 30, 2015, 02:23:31 AM »
We have everything ready to go and I was looking over everything tonight and I am wondering if I should highlight the moneys going into our accounts on the statements?  They are hard to pick out on the statements and I would hate to be refused because they could not see them on the statement.

Also did you send one or two passport photo's?  Starting to panic over all this, We are going to do the Biometrics on Monday (barring another snow storm) and we wanted to have it at the UPS office on Monday afternoon.

They should be able to identify the deposits.  What makes you think they won't find them? But if it makes you feel better, there's no harm in highlighting them.

Include the number of photos the guidance says.  I seem to think it was two, but not 100% sure.

You only have to send one photo. I included both since they were together and while Walgreens sized them to UK standards for me, they were white on white paper and I was afraid to cut in the wrong place. Anyway, they used one and sent the other back.

Thank you fo the replies.. Our bank statements we get in the mail are laid out in an odd way, it does not show everything by date order.  Its shows Withdrawals & Debits, Checks then Deposits & Credits.  The deposit the need to see on each statement is the last deposit everytime so the officer would need to go through 6 pages to fine the deposit of the pension.
Maybe I will highlight it.

The photo question only came up when I was re-reading all the evidence you need to send.  On the visa guidence notes say two but the appendix notes say one.  I will just send both.  I will feel better about all of this once it is on its way to sheffield and I can no longer look through it everyday wondering if I am missing something.. ::)

I sent two passport-sized photos from RiteAid (look online for coupons!) and they kept both of them.
