FLRM In Person Application

If I am applying in person, do I need to fill out the FLRM application that they provide online, or is that only for people that are applying through the post? - https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/370360/FLR_M__11-14.pdf [nofollow] Also, do both my partner and I need to provide the past 6 months of bank statements if our financial requirement is based off of my cash savings?

What can I expect the in person application process to go like? We have our appointment in Liverpool next Tuesday. I'm currently in the process of updating the documents from my Fiance visa. Any additional information will be helpful!

You print it and fill it out by hand.  You take it with you on the day of the appointment.

Just use your cash savings and don't worry about employment info.
