Moving out of my house when i come back

  I finally got my divorce dec, sent m my application, going for Biometrics Tuesday 19, May, and drop forms.
My name is on the house still from when we both purchased it in 1999,
can i use that as strong ties to Canada
Also i have lived here for  25 yrs plus
have pay stubs on my jobs well for of them (could i sue those)

plus have letter fro contract which i do for a company ,and the VP has made it clear he is waiting for me when i come back to do a lot of work in the IT  upgrades  and support.
When all is said and done i will put my spousal forms in to go back.

I'm a little confused by your question, so if I'm not answering the right thing I apologize. When I applied for a 6 month visitor visa, year before last, I wrote that I needed to return to finalize matters for my divorce.  One of these was to move out of the home I'd lived in while married.  It sounds like your divorce is already legally finalized (yes?), but there are so many things that need to be dealt with after that part happens, which are valid reasons for returning to your home in Canada. 

It seems they mostly want to know that you are aware of the need to return and have good reason for doing so.  At least that worked for me - good luck!
