Filling out VAF4A online

Hi Alli am in the process of filling out my VAF4A online for my settlement Visa

in the spousal details i came upon this question

When did they arrive in the UK? .....  She is a British Citizen,  (Born there)

  it also has a red asterik , do i put the Date of birth or leave it as is.

Yep, either write her date of birth or 'from birth' - depending on what format the answer needs to be in and what you feel is the best way to write it.
