Filling out my application

Hello All, i just went into my Application on line and could not do anything with the first part of it..is this normal..i had already started it saved and exited  and now i cant do anything when i go back in. Also can i delete it and re-do another application.
I have not signed the declaration or anything.

You can delete and start again as long as you haven't submitted anything. I did the same when I had to change a date of when I wanted to enter originally. I wanted to push it back but I could not do that so I just started a new one.

Ok just had a brain cramp...wife is sponsoring me so it would settlement/settlement /husband on the Visa4uk Site  for application.....  i am filling out the information  from Toronto..
