Then you need to include a letter from the landlord stating that you will have permission to live there, conditional on your visa being approved.

You could probably also remove the pics of the house but apart from that and the comments already made, it all seems pretty good to me.  :)

See this example I posted earlier (just written off the top of my head, so don't take it as gospel... it's just an idea of what to write):

As your fiance is meeting the Category A financial requirement, instead of the savings info, he would state where he works, what his job title is, how long he's worked there and what his salary is, then the documents he is including.

Sorry, another thing is I have been trying since December of 2015 to a get a supporting letter from the landlord or estate agent saying that they know I will be living on the property with my fiancé and they approve of that. We were told that they would do it and to no prevail of my fiancé and I have sent Text messages, emails and even stopping by the rental office twice!! and was told it would be done and sent out which was over a month ago. I'm at a standstill of what to do at this point.... I know the UK does require it under a housing law and I don't want a refusal letter. I did, get 1 email from the estate agent with no detail in a letter saying::

Hello Michele,

Just to confirm that the Landlord of the above property knows that you will be moving into the above property.

Kind Regards

I honestly don't know if that will be enough or not.

If I were you, I think I'd go back to the office and just tell them that you are going to wait right there while they whip up the letter.  You have to make it easier for them to give you what you want, than not!  ;)
