Eddy, ask the accountant what the taxable profit from the business is.  That's the figure that needs to be over £18,600.

I believe right now, the accountant is taking £8,940 of expenses off the profit, meaning your wife will not be able to sponsor your visa.  If this is the case, she does NOT want to take this allowance.  If she pays tax on that £8,940, you will meet the requirement.

Very key - what was the business's taxable profit between April 6, 2015 and April 5, 2016?  This is the number you care about.

 You now have a net income  of £19,298 with a tax and NI bill of £352.42, leaving a cleared figure of £18,945.58.

Cool.  What about expenses?

So her total earnings must have been well above £19,298.  How much were they and what were her expenses?

£55659 which included the £19 +, so without the 19,298 it would be much less

 She just called to tell me that

It because of all the help here..and proper direction ..yes..so now i have to make sure everything is properly  written out and filled properly..
