Most tracking services rarely update what's happening to the package on the weekends, but that doesn't mean it's not moving throughout their system. It should show something Monday!

We got our email stating we needed to pay the surcharge for our two kids! Kfdancer and others said this would be a good sign, because they wouldn't ask for this it the visas were refused (for those not sure what I'm talking about, there's a bug in the NHS surcharge payment system where they say the kids are exempt when you go to pay, when in fact they're not...so they follow up later for you to pay it). Paying it this morning!

And correct, they wouldn't ask for the payment if the visas weren't approved.  I imagine you'll get the "decision made" email shortly after you send the payment.  By shortly, I mean UKVI-time, which is a bit like Island Time.  Hopefully this week!

Got our "we've made a decision" this morning! One day after the "pay the surcharge for your kids" email, which is pretty fast.

Update on our timetable, for the folks still waiting:

Docs shipped: 11/19
Docs arrived in Sheffield: 11/23
Confirmation email: 11/24
Email requesting IHS surcharge payment for the kids: 12/6
Email confirming decision made: 12/7

Return courier tracking number shows delivery on 12/9!

Timeline:

Online App: Nov 7th
Biometrics Appt: Nov 15th
Documents (Sheffield) received and email: Nov 17th
Decision Email: Dec 3rd
Visa received: Dec 8th (Approved) Woo-hoo!
