To be imported and to import from the US

Hi I'm Glen and under the spell of NY_State_of_Mind.    

I too was imported but not from the US, I'm from Belgium.   Although Belgium is just across the pond, I definitely can relate to some of your grievances about the UK, maybe just fewer of them than you have.

However I do feel at home here and hope that I can, even if it is in a small way, help you feel the same. If you need any help, just give me a shout!

'Glen' doesn't sound very Belgian (or French ).   Were you always from there?
