Do we have to notify anyone if we move once we have BRP?
« on: December 06, 2016, 01:44:50 PM »
Hi all,

My husband got his visa approved and moved over to the U.K. in October, he has his BRP and we've set up all the normal paperwork with council tax and doctors etc.

We are now faced with having to move in January next year and I wondered if we have to notify anyone at the immigration centre of his (our) new home address once we move?

We already know where we are moving to and it meets all the requirements so I'm not bothered by that. Just don't know if we have to notify anyone if we change address?

Thanks
:o)

Yes, you are supposed to fill out a form and send it off.  I've done it.  I didn't get any acknowledgement but I know I've followed the "rules."   ;D
