You don't need your resume, trust papers (unless using the savings route). All the facebook stuff - is that the ONLY way you communicate? It is considered pretty unreliable so I would be tempted to not include it... but maybe the message/ call logs include if you don't have much other evidence of contact...?

Looks good.  Is your husbands letter a true sponsor letter (versus a generic cover letter)?

While I agree about the Facebook communication, as one of your refusal reasons was not showing communication, id err on the side of keeping it in.

I would remove your resume, trust info, and the church certificate.
