I'm going to try making the PB cookies with a sugar substitute and see how they come out!

The sugar-free ones were a semi-hit.  I used granulated xylitol sweetener in place of sugar, but OMG they were waaayy too sweet! When I've bought more peanut butter, I will try them again with half cup of xylitol and half cup of almond flour, and see how I get on.

I am going to have to try these; they seem way too easy!

Reminds me of the 3 ingredient pumpkin chocolate chip muffins I used to make.

1 can (15oz) pumpkin puree
1 cup chocolate chip
1 box vanilla cake mix (just the mix, don't add the cake ingredients)

Mix together, put in muffin tins and bake at 350 for about 20-25 min. Easy peasy.

You can easily get canned
 pumpkin in the UK too.

Here we go!

Cooking now.

Amazon is not my bank account's friend. It is expensive on there!

My Test went back a forth a few times as to whether it was stocked, then one day pulled it and on the website it said they no longer.sold the product which made me think it was nationwide. Sainsburys did the same so I thought it was something with the brand. I had to take Halloween pumpkins and puree them but only have one pack left. I'll have to recheck the stores though!

Same ( at least last time I checked). There or garden center nearby that has loads of American stuff.

Nice job! Love the frosting...my kids are 100% more likely to eat something if it has sprinkles.

My kids and I made this chocolate brownie cheesecake over the weekend. It was pretty easy, but man, time consuming! First time I've made a baked cheesecake or ganache, and first time I've let the kids (they are 7) crack the eggs!

How did you cover that whole cheesecake with chocolate?  That must have been some production.

Thanks for the recipe by the way!  I think if I make it again, I'll just use some self raising flour and sugar.  The cake mix I used had too much artificial vanilla.

It's ganache, so it starts out liquidy and then sets.

Yeah, I would use "yellow" cake in the US, which isn't as vanilla as here, but there's no yellow option in the UK.

You can get some yellow cake mixes in big ASDA's in the Caribbean part of the World Foods. I love it. Use it for my pineapple upside down cakes.
