Just wondering if anyone had any feedback on the document list.  I read through other posts and I'm worried I might have too much for relationship evidence but I also wanted to cover the entire time.  Thoughts?

Most of it looks good.

For your relationship evidence, I would take out the following:
- our photo Christmas Cards sent out 2013 and 2016
- two of Joint credit card statements from 2008 (you only need to show one) - I'd probably keep the one from September, as it's in the middle
- two of your electric bills. I'd keep the ones dates: Eversource Electric bills dated 24/03/2016, 26/09/2016, 25/01/2016 (I'm assuming this is Jan 2017?)

Since you're only including one document for each year of 2009-2015 (tax return), there's no need to include 4 documents from 2008 and 5 documents from 2016

I'd go with just 2 documents from 2008 (house purchase and one bill) and 2 documents from 2016 (two electric bills), plus the bill I'm assuming is from Jan 2017.

So, you would end up with:
- Marriage Certificate
- Wedding photo (you could include one recent photo as well if you wanted)
- Original Warranty Deed showing joint house purchase recorded 14/4/2008
- Joint credit card statement dated 17/09/2008
- US Tax Returns, married filing jointly, 2009-2015
- Eversource Electric bills dated 24/03/2016, 26/09/2016, 25/01/2016(2017?)

You are right to cover the whole time but I would just pick one of those electricity bills and one of the credit card statements.
If you have been apart at any time you should include some record of how you kept in touch.

Are the funds in those accounts in cash?

Yes, good catch.  I'll have to change this on my cover letter too. Thanks so much for the feedback!

Thanks!

We have not lived apart since we got together in April 2008.

They are in a 401k.

Thanks again! :-)
