Thanks! End of the workday now and nothing today. Wasn't expecting anything. With how much is seems to have slowed down I'm not expecting anything this week. I take our dog next week to send him over. My husband will collect him at Heathrow. So hopefully my son and I will follow soon. It feels kind of silly that the dog gets to move before we can! But I understand why of course.
Nice that your husband will have a pal until you and your son can joing him.  <3   Staying hopeful that tomorrow will be the day.  Saving grace is it obviously is closer to being THE day with each pacing minute, right?

Trying to find out if it's a priority package or not.  But, I'll take that as good news.  Fingers crossed!!!

Please let us know if it was priority or non priority when you find out! Very curious!

My husband works in London and he is fine. He said everything seemed normal. He works about a mile from where it happened. He was able to get on the train home so I'm very thankful he's headed home now!

I was the same when we shipped my cat to my hubby before me. He still jokes that the cat was legal before I was.

Yeah, nothing for me today either.  My husband flies out without me tomorrow.  It would have been much nicer to travel together, but it's not to be.  Here's hoping all of our separations are brief.

Already had a text that she's home!  A rather panicky afternoon for my boss though!

Has anyone heard anything? Today seems to have been SLOW... Hoping and praying that I hear something tomorrow because the weekends are terrible knowing that nothing is going to progress :(

I spoke to my husband this morning and he arrived safely in England.  Now this makes me lose all patience with this process and my email checking has a whole new layer of desperation .

Katoo I'm really sorry. Being apart sucks especially if you aren't used it.

It's gonna happen. The others approved aren't that far ahead of you right?

Yeah, the feeling that swallows you is that it isn't going to happen.  I feel so hopeful every morning, and the doom and gloom as the day progresses.

It's difficult I know, but the best thing you can do is put the visa to the back of your mind, get away from the computer (and/or your phone) and do something to take your mind off it.

Get out and about, spend time with friends and family before you leave, do some things you enjoy in the US which you won't be able to do in the UK, and enjoy the warm weather (it's been snowing in parts of the UK this week... right now, I'm sitting on the sofa, curled up in a blanket). Make the most of the time you have in the US, rather than stressing about the visa :).
