Change of address while in UK

So I'm not sure if this is the best place to ask this question, but my husband and I [finally] just moved into our new flat. As the wife of a UK resident here on a Tier 2, I'm pretty sure I need to update my address with the UKVI. I've done some google searching and found https://www.gov.uk/change-circumstances-visa-brp/youre-in-the-uk-and-have-a-brp [nofollow] , but is this indeed the form I send in? Nothing else has changed - just our address. I just want to double check. Thanks in advance!
