Where do I find appendix #2

Hello! I am a little confused where appendix #2 is and what it is. Is it in the same area as the fiancee visa application? From my understanding I am to pick appendix 2 to accompany my fiancee visa application. Is it for the healthcare part of the application? Thank you for helping me sort this out! Do I print and send both the application and appendix with my payments?

Appendix 2 is the second half of the application and contains all the questions about how you meet the requirements for a fiance visa (relationship, accommodation and financial requirement). The online application is just a generic form about you and is basically the same for every type of visa, so the Appendix 2 form makes it a fiance visa application specifically.

You need to print it and fill it out by hand, then include it with your printed online application and your documents when you mail it all to Sheffield for processing.
