So this just happened, I tried to pay for the IHS payment, and it kept showing up that the payment couldn't go through because the system was down.
I tried two times with my debit card.
The latest time I tried with my credit card.
All said they couldn't go through.
But I just got an email with confirmation that I paid for the IHS payment, but I don't know which card. And on my online application, it doesn't have the IHS payment as being paid.
Has this happened to anyone else? I'm freaking out a bit.
