Our package just arrived this morning.  My husband's UK settlement visa has been APPROVED!  We are delighted.

UPDATE: I called today to check on the status bc I couldn't take it anymore and I'm on day 54. Call center told me a decision was made Friday but I haven't gotten an email and my UPS isn't updated. Any ideas as to what's going on?

Well "technically" I haven't heard anything either-only for my calling them. No email or tracking info yet

I woke up to my decision made email today!! Now to wait. I hope it comes Friday so I don't have to wait until Tuesday.

Monday would have been a full 12 weeks and this is with the previous refusal that may have made it take longer for those tracking timelines.
