FLRM and daughter
« on: May 15, 2017, 07:10:29 PM »
Hi
My husband is applying for his 1st extension (FLRM), and as he is slowly going through the online application form it is asking about whether I have children.  I have a daughter, who is 22 and does not live with us.  Do I have to put her information on there, as its asking questions about her passport etc.

Thank you

No, I would only list children under 18 who are dependants (both UK and non-UK citizens).

We went through FLR(M) process this week and was not required to include our eldest son who is 21. However, he was mentioned in our narrative to our bundle to show our family ties in the UK. Two of our minor sons, already UK citizens and living in Essex, were named in our application, but only our youngest son is in application with me.

All the best to you and your family during the process.
