Not really sure if this is good, or bad? After reading the struggles, and length of time so many people on have waited? Yes, this is a Non-priority Spousal application

Passport return expected: Pending

It means that you applied at the right time!  Fingers crossed for an approval.

A decision has been made on your UK Visa application.  Your application will be dispatched shortly from the UK Decision Making Centre.  If anyone contacts you advising that your application is still under consideration or that they can influence the outcome of your application in any way, they cannot - please report any such approach to VisaSheffield@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk.

Applications submitted at a Visa Application Centre (VAC) will be returned there for you to collect in person unless you have opted for a courier return service.

You will receive a separate notification from the Visa Application Centre advising you that the decision has been received there and that your passport is ready for collection. Please do not attend the Visa Application Centre until you have received this notification.

If your visa has been issued after a successful appeal please go to the VAC 5 days after the receipt of this email to collect your passport.  The VAC will not contact you regarding this.

You should not expect to receive any further notification from this office unless you have made your application in the USA and submitted a pre-paid courier envelope for your documents to be returned directly to you.  If so you will also receive a further email with the courier tracking reference.

It's a generic email - everyone gets the same one.

Have you just received it today? If so, that means the decision has been made and they should be sending your documents back shortly (as soon as they are picked up by UPS).

They do not tell you what the decision is in the email - you have to wait until you receive your passport back to find out if it has been approved or not.

Hope I got the documents  by Monday if it starts from today. until now no data are available from the tracking number

I submitted my application on November 16 and have yet to receive the email from the Sheffield office saying they have received the documents.

Should I be worried? I've tracked the documents and they'd have been received y the office. Just curious.

Well, UPS only pick up the packages once a day, around 4pm UK time, so it depends whether the documents get picked up today or not.

It's about 4:15pm now, so if they've managed to get your package ready to go today and it's picked up in the next few minutes, you'll probably get it Monday or Tuesday. But if it's not picked up today, it may not get picked up from Sheffield until Monday (not sure if they collect on the weekends).

As long as your tracking says that it has arrived, you know they have it. Try not to worry.

Still waiting to hear about my application. These Pakistan applications sure as heck do takes ages.

Will be 60BD on Wednesday.
