I'm based in the UK, self-employed/director (only employee) of my own UK Limited company, and have been doing ALL of my business in the UK (I do my expat tax filing each year)... But now I'm about to start contracting for a US company and I've been asked to fill US tax forms but I'm not sure which form I need? Ideally I will be paid into my UK Limited company by the US company. It looks like it's either form W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E....can someone here confirm which one is appropriate for my situation? Thanks in advance!

It sounds like Subpart F personal service company income to me; so the limited company may give little tax advantage.

Okay so let's say I have my US client pay me into my US account (which is not really ideal since I live and work in the UK through my limited company)

But for arguments sake, say I did that - what would be the tax implications or complications of getting paid by US clients into a US bank account and also getting paid by UK clients in UK bank account?

Subpart F income unless the entity is disregarded. Have you discussed this with your company's accountant?

Guya, do you assume that all U.S. citizen-owned UK Limited companies with only one employee generate personal service contract income (i.e., Subpart F Income)?  Or is it because the company will start contracting for a U.S. company that it is Subpart F Income?
