Yes, that's enough. No need for the property inspection report. 

you don't need the inspection report, but you need their land registry and a letter of invitation to live there.

you dont have to own the property as long as the landlord can write a letter saying

XXXX resides at xxxxx and his wife/her husband xxxx will as well. and an offical signature, you should be ok! We just ended up getting out own place under my uk hub
