Where online.  I found a form but it didn't list spousal in the drop down.

I thought the online form was only for people whose visas are still being processed and/or if you have a visa sticker and not a BRP.

If you have a BRP and are in the UK, it's this page:
https://www.gov.uk/change-circumstances-visa-brp

And you use this paper form:
https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/300948/CoC__Migrant__04-14.pdf

It says it's for Points-Based visas, but it can be used for spousal visas too (as it's the only form!). There's no spousal visa option, but just write it in.

Hunting around, I found this:

Yes, but to get to that form you have to select the option where you do NOT have a BRP.

If you have a BRP, you are directed to the paper form instead.

Interesting, because it asks you to upload a legible copy of your BRP, and a letter addressed to you at new address.  Odd.

Hmm, strange.

The link for if you have a BRP says the following:

Report a change of address only
You can change your address without having to apply for a new BRP.

Which form you fill in depends on whether you:
- have a valid BRP
- have applied but haven’t had a decision letter

If you click the 'have a valid BRP' link, it takes you to the paper form (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/notification-of-change-of-circumstances-form-mcc).

If you click the 'have applied but haven’t had a decision letter' link, it takes you to the online form (https://visa-address-update.service.gov.uk/)
