Ah pics coming soon! Sorry, came into work yesterday only to be asked to go to our other office two hours away, soooo I’m currently stuck in a hotel versus my cozy home. *Insert sad face* I will get them to you guys tomorrow or Thursday promise..then I’ll get the package back out.

Oh, that blows!  I'm sorry you're away from home unexpectedly.  No rush on the photos.  We love to see them, but this is still meant to be a fun thing, so do it when it's convenient for you.  Don't let us pressure you.  I hope you get back to your cozy home soon!

Perks to trying to suck up to get a promotion eh? You say yes to things you really don’t want to lol I can give you hints... my husband (big gamer) and daughter (was literally torn between two things, and kept sneaking the unchosen one out of the box lol)chose the items.

I kept doing the same thing on my turn... I'd settled on my picks, but I wanted another thing, too... it was hard!

Is there a promotion opportunity in the works?  Will this sacrifice hopefully lead to something?

Well, I’m trying to get somewhere. I’m kind of at a stale point in my job. I’m ready to move up or move on and I’ve told my immediate supervisor this, in nicer terms. I think I’m just feeling blah, I left behind a decent job that had Progression..to pretty much being in the bottom. I’ve been made into a ‘specialist’ but no pay rise so effectively doing harder work for the same money as those that aren’t. It’s just not where I wanted to be at 29.. and my OH career has taken off in the past year, so it’s driving me nuts (while I’m happy for him) to be so meh in my career. So I’m trying to take every opportunity I can to build a case for myself that I deserve to move up...if it doesn’t work it’s things to put on my cv. But only a few people have gone to our other office to give training etc to staff there (going through a merger so we’ve currently have two English offices now and an Edinburgh one), so thinking it’s a good thing. What a rant!!! Lol sorry

Is it weird that I use to think travelling for business would be glamorous but now I dread when I even have to drive an hour away to a customer site?! hahah I like my own bed and my dog and sometttimmmeeessss my husband (joking, of course I like him) so the idea of travelling for business now just seems like extra hassle! (would be different if I could at least take my husband).

Fun!!
My daughter had such a hard time between this and the Scottish teddy. Lol she literally spent forty minutes going back and fourth. She has a slight obsession with stuffed animals

Ahh!  I didn't know what he was from!  I wanted him anyway because he was awesome, but since I couldn't recognize him (and because I already had too many things to decide between), I had to let him go.
