I had mixed feelings about how it went - some things felt like they went well, others not so much - and there was a definite cringe when they asked what salary I was looking for, but I got asked for a second interview next week. So something went right! Fingers crossed  ;D

Good for you!  Seriously, a second interview is a great sign on any continent!

Well, it took forever, but I got the job! Starting on Monday.

I definitely think the lack of UK work experience hurt me, even though in IT I wouldn't expect that to be a huge deal. Despite being well qualified for several places I applied, I never heard back from them. (My husband's not having much luck, either, so maybe it's just a bad market.)
