Passport Question

Hello! It's been a few months since I've been on and we are about to start the spousal visa process, so I'm checking in and reading.....so much reading....I have a question about my passport. It has my previous married name. Do I fill out the forms with that name or my new married name? I haven't changed SS card or Driver's License yet either.

Your visa will be issued in the name on your passport so if you want to change your name, it would be a good idea to renew your passport now, before you apply for the visa.
